The remaining ingredients are blueberries, sugar free jelly and heavy whipping/double cream. You can find tinned or canned lychees in most supermarkets and occasionally they are sold fresh and unpeeled. Naturally sweet tasting, they have a unique texture and taste which I find delicious! If you have never tried lychees before they have quite a fruity floral aroma and are very refreshing. I think they make perfect eyeballs as they have a hole where the stone was removed that's perfect for popping in a blueberry. I've used a large can of lychees as I needed about 6 for each portion.
